Some large items, such as trampolines, BBQs, furniture and whiteware, are delivered by freight or direct from the supplier, with a fixed delivery charge shown at checkout.
We deliver within New Zealand only, with an estimated delivery time of 2ā5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee ā delivery can take longer due to your location, courier delays or busy periods such as Christmas. Youāll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Returns
Change your mind? Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by you, and the original delivery charge is generally non-refundable.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply and the 14-day window doesnāt limit them. Weāll cover reasonable return shipping where required by law.
