How do I track my order?
Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.
Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, Pay pal and Zip Pay in 4.

How long does Shipping Take
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product you order. On average, this is dependent on time of year, e.g. Christmas can affect delivery times.
- New Zealand wide orders: 2–5 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
What shipping options do you offer?
Our Shipping Carrier is Aramex. Every Order processed is a Signature required Parcel for added security and peace of mind.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. Here's a general guide:
- 0-1 KG = $6.95
- 3-5 KG = $9.65
- 6-9 KG = $14.95
- 10-20 KG = $29.10
- Spend over $200 and get Free Shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We don't offer International Shipping. New Zealand Wide Shipping only.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
How do I initiate a return?

Are there return shipping fees?
In most cases the returns will be organized and paid for by Buy Buddy.
Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-year warranty on all purchases. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that our customers receive items free from defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I register my product for warranty coverage?
Just reach out to us and we’ll take care of the return or warranty claim, provided it’s covered.
What is not covered under the warranty?
While our warranty is comprehensive, there are certain situations not covered. The warranty does not extend to damages caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
