We expect New Zealand wide orders to take 2–5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events beyond our control.
- If your product is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll work with our courier company to process a claim. Once approved, we’ll either replace the item or issue you a full refund.
