Reusable Hot & Cold Pack – 27 x 13 cm – Relief for Strains & Sprains
Get quick, effective relief with this reusable hot & cold gel pack, specially designed for strains, sprains, and everyday aches. At 27 x 13 cm, it’s the ideal size to comfortably wrap around knees, ankles, elbows, or wrists. Heat it in the microwave for soothing warmth to relax muscles and improve circulation, or cool it in the freezer for targeted cold therapy to reduce swelling and inflammation. The flexible gel interior stays soft even when frozen, and the durable, leak-proof construction ensures long-lasting use. Perfect for home, sports, or travel first-aid kits.
Shipping & delivery
Standard shipping starts from $6.95. It’s calculated on the total weight of your order and shown at checkout before you pay.
Some large items, such as trampolines, BBQs, furniture and whiteware, are delivered by freight or direct from the supplier, with a fixed delivery charge shown at checkout.
We deliver within New Zealand only, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee – delivery can take longer due to your location, courier delays or busy periods such as Christmas. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Returns
Change your mind? Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by you, and the original delivery charge is generally non-refundable.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply and the 14-day window doesn’t limit them. We’ll cover reasonable return shipping where required by law.
