Shipping & delivery
Standard shipping starts from $6.95. It’s calculated on the total weight of your order and shown at checkout before you pay.
Some large items, such as trampolines, BBQs, furniture and whiteware, are delivered by freight or direct from the supplier, with a fixed delivery charge shown at checkout.
We deliver within New Zealand only, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee – delivery can take longer due to your location, courier delays or busy periods such as Christmas. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Returns
Change your mind? Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by you, and the original delivery charge is generally non-refundable.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply and the 14-day window doesn’t limit them. We’ll cover reasonable return shipping where required by law.
